RFL BULLY Proof Kids program was established back in 2016 when the studio opened its door initially to kids ranging from 5 years old an up. The programs are a combination of self defense techniques which inlcudes Jiu-Jitsu and Fist and Kick striking. Specially designed for young ones

MMA classes promote endurance, conditioning, proper technique and intelligent sequencing, which combines techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Judo, boxing, kickboxing, and other mixed disciplines
BOXING & KICKBOXING
It is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. It includes combats on shins known as "the art of eight limbs", associated good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fighter very efficient.
